Any cancellation must be informed in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply based on when the request is received:
45 days or more prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost is charged.
44 to 15 days prior to arrival: 20% of the tour cost is charged.
14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour cost is charged.
6 days to 48 hours prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost is charged.
Less than 48 hours or No-Show: No refund.
