Itinerary
VIP Departure: Your private Five S Travel chauffeur collects you early morning from your Cairo or Giza hotel in a luxury, modern air-conditioned vehicle for a scenic drive toward Bahariya Oasis (approx. 4 hours).
The 4x4 Adventure Begins: Upon arrival at Bahariya, enjoy a fresh local lunch. Swap your vehicle for a heavy-duty, private 4x4 Jeep Safari driven by an expert desert bedouin captain.
The Black Desert: Drive into a dramatic lunar landscape filled with volcanic, cone-shaped hills covered in black basalt. Climb the famous English Mountain for sweeping panoramic views.
Crystal Mountain & Agabat Valley: Stop to marvel at the sparkling quartzite structures of Crystal Mountain, then off-road into the breathtaking Agabat Valley, where massive limestone cliffs rise sharply out of golden sand dunes.
First Night Desert Camp: Set up a traditional Bedouin camp in a scenic, secluded valley. Enjoy a freshly prepared barbecue dinner around a crackling bonfire, stargazing under one of the clearest night skies in the world.
The Magic of the White Desert: Wake up to a spectacular desert sunrise followed by a hot Bedouin breakfast. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be informed in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply based on when the request is received:
45 days or more prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost is charged.
44 to 15 days prior to arrival: 20% of the tour cost is charged.
14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour cost is charged.
6 days to 48 hours prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost is charged.
Less than 48 hours or No-Show: No refund.
Important Note: For high peak seasons (including Christmas, New Year, Easter, and the 2027 Eclipse period), a separate tailored cancellation policy will apply to align with strict hotel and cruise non-refundable deposit regulations
